Practice Details :

Job Highlights :
- Join a team providing integrated healthcare services.

Schedule :
- Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm or four 10-hour shifts.
- Rotational Saturday coverage (1 in 6), no call required.
Support Staff :
- Collaborate with a diverse team including CMAs, RN Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, and more.
- Access to Cerner and Epic EMR systems for streamlined care.
Volume :
- Manage 12-14 patients per day..
- Provide outpatient-only care, with in-house lab services.
Financials & Benefits :
- Guaranteed salary between $250,000 and $300,000 annually.
- $30,000 signing bonus and $30,000 retention bonus.
- Full relocation package, including housing assistance and 1 vehicle.
