We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM / Service Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Service Management (SM) solutions.
The role involves working closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and design efficient service processes in SAP to enhance overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage SAP Service Management module (SAP SM) implementations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Conduct business process analysis and gather client requirements to provide tailored SAP solutions.
- Design and configure service contracts, service orders, repair orders, and service notifications.
- Integrate SAP Service Management with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, FICO) and third-party applications as needed.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops for users to improve SAP SM utilization.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP SM-related queries.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business users, to ensure seamless implementation.
- Participate in the development of functional specifications for SAP enhancements and reports.
- Test SAP system configurations and customizations for accuracy and functionality.
- Monitor service performance and KPIs to recommend improvements to service processes.
