The Position
As a Beauty Care Team Member, you're the go-to expert for products- Hair treatment, skin care, and much more
keeping up with the latest trends in products well as different
Beauty Care Team Members listen effectively to clients and recommend products that meet their
needs, taking into consideration the clients preferences and price point. They
should have the ability to match the client's need or close to it.

Job Responsibilities
- Listen to clients to determine their beauty care needs, help them decide which product is best for them as well.
- Help execute operations plan which includes merchandising, marketing,
- inventory control, loss prevention, store cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Assist in other areas of the store as necessary.
- Backstock the overstock items from the floor to the warehouse
- receive and assort incoming pallets in the warehouse

Job Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.
- Passion for the mission of Tisun Beauty.
