Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect with strong expertise in Databricks to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure data services, modern data architectures, data lakehouse concepts, and advanced analytics platforms . You will play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide data strategies, ensuring governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data architecture leveraging Azure services (Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, Cosmos DB, etc.).
• Build and optimize data pipelines for batch and real-time ingestion, transformation, and processing using Databricks.
• Define and enforce data modeling, data governance, and metadata management standards .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to align architecture with organizational goals.
• Implement scalable lakehouse solutions combining structured and unstructured data for analytics and AI / ML workloads.
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance across all data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Azure and Databricks adoption.
• Conduct architecture reviews, capacity planning, and cost optimization on Azure.
