Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking insurance products.
- Present and explain insurance policy options, including coverage, benefits, and premiums.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs ensuring optimal coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy changes promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and claims procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and information in CRM system.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and insurance products.
Qualifications
- Must hold one or more of the following insurance licenses : Life, Health, Property, Casualty.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
