Lead Innovation in Aerospace Electronics : Sr. Electrical Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electronic circuits. You'll be a vital member of our team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop cutting-edge power electronic assemblies.
What You'll Do :
- Translate requirements into actionable circuit designs.
- Analyze circuits and create comprehensive reports.
- Design and execute test plans, meticulously documenting results.
- Integrate and test hardware and software, ensuring functionality.
- Design circuitry for various voltage environments.
- Utilize CAN bus and other communication protocols.
- Implement thermal management strategies for diverse conditions.
- Utilize Altium (and other relevant software) for layouts, adhering to standards.
- Perform minor software debugging and diagnostics.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics.
- 7+ years of experience designing electronic circuit boards and validation processes.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuitry design.
- Experience with Altium and PCB layout.
- Prior experience in Aerospace and Aircraft applications (highly desirable).
- Solid understanding of power electronics, including BLDC and induction motors.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electronics hardware and software.
- Knowledge of programming languages and modeling tools a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
