job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTeach math to students in a way that makes sense to them (training provided) Work with students individually and in small groups using the Mathnasium Method™ Track student progress and celebrate successes Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment Support your team and help with occasional center operations Strong math skills through Algebra I (higher-level math a plus) Passion for working with kids and building relationships Great communicator — positive, patient, and encouraging Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow High school diploma required; college coursework in math or education preferred Part-time : 2–4 shifts per week Weekday afternoons / evenings and weekend shifts available Work at one primary center (Glenview, Kenilworth, or Winnetka) — with opportunities to cover shifts at nearby centers if you’d like more hours Paid training provided All applicants must pass a math assessment, background check, and provide work authorization High School Diploma Available 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday 1 PM - 7 : 30 PM, Saturday 8 : 30 AM - 3 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM) Math proficiency through algebra
