Key responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Performing maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, and other minor repairs.
- Repairing machinery, equipment, or electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Following maintenance schedules to ensure timely upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Operating various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Addressing building maintenance issues, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems.
- Assisting in the setup and installation of new machinery or equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean workplace.

Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
