Mercy Behavioral Health Services provides a structured and therapeutic environment to individuals suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders and chemical dependency.

Here at Mercy our dedicated multi-disciplinary team promotes a structured therapeutic program to help those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy and relapse prevention.

Behavioral Health RN Clinical Supervisor - Mercy Hospital Jefferson - Registered Nurse

• Full Time (40 hours per week), Night Shift

Overview :

Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.

Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.

Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications :

Licensure : Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit / RN license in the State of Missouri.

Experience : Two or three years experience required in patient care.

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Education : BS degree in nursing management or healthcare business-related field preferred.

Preferred Experience : Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
