Summary : Seeking an experienced Construction / Facilities Project Manager to oversee a full-scale office renovation project, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost management.
Requirements :
Must be a US citizen.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial / Facilities) preferred or relevant military experience.
CAD proficiency required (AutoCAD, Microstation).
Proficient with MS Project; competency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to set up meetings in Outlook and Teams.
Preferred Skills :
Strong background in construction execution and facility renovation project management.
Demonstrated ability to develop scope of work / specifications / bid packages for vendor services.
Experience evaluating vendor quotes and managing contractors through construction execution.
Responsibilities :
Manage a full-scale interior renovation of 400k sq ft office space.
Collaborate with facility engineers, architects, general contractors, and vendors for successful project completion.
Oversee safety, quality control, scheduling and budgeting throughout the renovation process.
Handle specification / bid package development and vendor bidding process including technical evaluation.
Ensure effective project implementation through to final acceptance.
Pay Details : $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
