We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
TikTok is looking for a full-time Research & Insights Partner for North America & Global Functions, reporting to our Marketing Science department.
This role will partner primarily with our Global Business Solutions marketing and sales teams to empower them with scientifically-backed data at scale, to educate clients through thought leadership, and elevate TikTok within the industry.
Responsibilities : - Work closely with cross-functional partners (business marketing, sales, industry relations, partnerships, measurement) to address knowledge gaps in our understanding of TikTok users and their behavior - Analyze internal TikTok data, custom third party research, and syndicated research to build an in-depth understanding of our audience and the role TikTok plays in the consumer purchase journey - Adapt analysis to the specific research questions using a range of data sources and research methodologies- Communicate results and business recommendations to diverse business stakeholders, clients, and external audiences- Partner with regional research & insights teams across larger scope research projects across shared topics
Minimum Qualifications : - At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in data analytics and / or market research- Knowledge and work experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a must - Excellent project management skills with the ability to problem solve are a must- Proficiency with quantitative methods that include statistical concepts and survey design is a must- Strong ability to translate data into clear, story-driven deliverables with actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications : - Relevant bachelor's degree in a business field with a focus on quantitative or research methods;
graduate degrees in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing or survey-based research methods is a plus- Interest in working in a fast paced environment with global talent
