What You'll Do :

This role is a blend of sales development and full-cycle account management. You'll be responsible for managing your own book of business from prospecting to close, including building your pipeline, developing strong client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Unlike other roles, you won't be handed existing accounts, you'll grow and manage your own portfolio of clients from the ground up.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ year of outside sales experience (staffing / recruiting experience a plus)
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and owning client relationships
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true go-getter attitude with a passion for growing business

    • In This Role, You Will :

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities across industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their dedicated account manager
  • Conduct meetings and client presentations to showcase our solutions
  • Attend job fairs and networking events for lead generation and company visibility
  • Stay current on industry trends through continuous professional development
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met
