Background :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Business Development in Demand Planning to join our Dynamic Team.
This role's core focus is to optimize performance and ensure seamless supply chain management for our clients. This role will drive revenue growth through net new direct sales, proper implementation, and a high-performing channel partner ecosystem.
This position will lead and manage the Director of Sales, Director of Channel Partnerships, and Exectutive Director of Professional Services within the client's demand planning business unit.
This is a strategic role that requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of demand planning technologies, implementation management, and channel partner development.
The VP of Sales & Business Development must possess a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
This position reports to the Chief Revenue Office and works closely with Marketing and Client Success leaders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to market expansion and client acquisition.

Qualifications :
- Ability to travel frequently
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- A Master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, and sales management in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of demand planning methodologies, statistical models and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales and supply chain dynamics.
- Proficiency in using demand planning software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
