A.Position : Call Center Representative B.Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Answering incoming calls and reply inquiries
- Making and rescheduling reservations for passengers
- Handling customers’ complaints
- Other work related tasks
C.Qualifications :
- High school degree or above with good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Able to work under strong pressure
- Full-time working hours will include weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts;
- Part-time working hours can be negotiated
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
