Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretaryto join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety ofadministrative and clerical tasks to support our office and ensuresmooth daily operations.

The Secretary will be the point of contactfor internal and external communications handling correspondencemanaging schedules and maintaining records.

KeyResponsibilities :

AdministrativeSupport :

  • Manage andcoordinate schedules appointments and meetings for executives andteam members.
  • Prepare format and editdocuments reports and presentations.
  • Handleincoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters andphone calls.
  • Maintain and organize officefiling systems both electronic and paper.

Communication :

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitorsand callers providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments andexternal stakeholders.
  • Take meeting minutesand distribute them to relevant parties.

OfficeManagement :

  • Order andmanage office supplies ensuring the office is wellstocked andorganized.
  • Coordinate office maintenance andrepairs as needed.
  • Assist with travelarrangements and itineraries for staff.

DataManagement :

  • Maintainaccurate records and databases ensuring data integrity andconfidentiality.
  • Assist with data entry andprocessing tasks as required.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalentrequired; associate's or bachelor's degree in arelated field preferred.

  • Excellentorganizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor andability to handle confidential information.
