Position : Influencer Marketing Coordinator This position is in-office, in our DTLA office Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing Company Description PaintLab is an innovative press-on nail brand that creates salon-quality manicures at home.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.

This includes identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, negotiating contracts and collaborations, coordinating product deliveries, and tracking campaign performance.

The Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing industry trends and competitor activities, as well as maintaining a calendar of social media content.

Responsibilities Day-to-day management of influencer marketing activities for PaintLab Create and coordinate content with social influencers for paid and unpaid influencer marketing programs across various channels Assist with PR outreach Contact and build new relationships with influencers and agencies Source and evaluate content creators with a focus on beauty influencers Effectively take projects from concept to completion using great project management tools and follow through Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies Manage relationships with micro-influencers, managing all communications to fulfill program deliverables Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, content collaboration, and campaign logistics Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2 years of proven experience in in marketing, influencer relationships and executing influencer marketing strategies on Instagram and TikTok, within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Experience in managing influencer partnerships and campaigns Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with the beauty industry and skincare market Benefits Hourly Pay is $20 to $25 DOE Paid Time Off Healthcare contribution (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs) after probationary period Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be prone to sitting for lengthy periods of time.
