Job Description Qualifications :
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a high performing Entry level and Associate level Programmer Analysts to join the IPDM (Integrated Product Data Management) Development team in Hazelwood, MO;
Berkeley, MO; Charleston, SC; or Seattle, WA.
The IPDM Development team provides comprehensive software solutions to rapidly access and visually transform complex engineering and manufacturing product data.
Responsibilities include development and integration for a variety of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and in-house software applications supporting our engineering / manufacturing teams.
This position requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Strong communication skills are required both verbally and written, to interact with peers and customers.
Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Position Responsibilities :
- Assists with design, programming, and executing simple test plans
- Implements, documents, and maintains basic computing applications
- Writes and compiles basic code and constructs basic database objects based on documented design
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
- Assists in gathering information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill / Experience) :
- 1+ years of experience programming in C++
- 1+ years of experience with Java
- 1+ years of experience with Agile development
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
- Active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Technical bachelor's degree or a Master's degree
- 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with Teamcenter or on the IPDM Program
- Previous experience leading a diverse Agile software development team
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, or similar field is preferred
- Strong communication skills to work across teams and to coordinate work scope
Typical Education / Experience :
Entry (Level 1)
Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.
Associate (Level 2)
Typically, 2 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.
preferred, but not required.

Summary Pay Range for Entry Level : $60,350 - $87,400
Summary Pay Range for Associate Level : $73,100 - $105,800
