RNs & LPNs OVERNIGHT CLIENT IN RALEIGH

HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RNs & LPNs WITH EXPERIENCE IN RALEIGH, NC 27614

Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate professionals to become part of our team to provide exceptional care. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RNs & LPNs to provide overnight care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities :

Provide on-on-one direct nursing care in the home

Medication administration and management

Monitor patients for side effects of medication

Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment

Investigates and resolves patient / family member concerns regarding patient care

Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Prior home care experience preferred but not required

Current BLS Certification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
