Director of Nursing (DON)

Aristos Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee the nursing department. The DON will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents. Key Responsibilities :

Oversee nursing staff and ensure high standards of patient care.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing services.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

Monitor and manage nursing department performance and quality metrics.

Collaborate with other departments to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license.

Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in long-term care.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
