Salary : $17-$20 / hr
Position : Call Center Representative - NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS
Job Description : Full-time on-site call center position for Bilingual - English / Spanish representative. Shift will be Monday-Friday, 10 : 15 AM - 7 : 00 PM.
Duties : Answer inbound phone lines, assisting customers with courtesy and professionalism. Respond to inbound emails and process faxed documents.
Update customer information in database and perform other tasks as needed.
Skills / Qualifications : 2+ years call center experience is required. Call center experience should include handling inbound phone lines as well as electronic communication such as email.
Bilingual English / Spanish needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
Pleasant and patient demeanor. Works well with others and can handle pressure.
