Required Qualities :

- Must have good supervisory skills and able to delegate when appropriate
- Availability to work on evenings and weekends
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the management team and follow staff to execute service standards
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by the schedule.
- Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.
- Adhere to Yingtao’s Cleaning and sanitation SOPs
- Oversee Yingtao Dish Station and operate dishmachine to wash all dishes and silverware in the restaurant
- Maintain high level of organization to keep the Dish Station clean and free of clutter or build up of dishes and glassware
- Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
Prepared Foods Dishwasher - Full Time
