Deliver a great customer experience by creating engaging content across a diverse range of platforms. Ensure every content piece drives our marketing objectives and is consistent with our brand guide standards. Additionally, contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement by learning and applying lean principles, always exhibiting honesty, and respecting other people at all times.

Responsibilities and essential duties :

Conceptualize and create engaging and compelling content across a wide range of platforms and media, including but not limited to video, photography, and graphic design.

Ensure that each content piece meets company brand and tone guidelines, fits with the strategy for that outlet, and satisfies the creative brief.

Participate and assist with group efforts as required for various shoots.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while delivering high-quality work

Keep all physical and digital materials properly stored and organized at all times (5S)

Research industry trends and competitor content to stay cutting edge and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide creative insights, and present creative concepts for review

Operate all company equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner at all times.

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work area at all times, including clearly labeled and standard locations for all tools and equipment (5S).

Engage in continuous improvement activities for products and processes.

Preferred skills and competencies :

Skilled in Strobe Light Photography

Skilled in all aspects of Video Production

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

1-3 years of experience in media creation within a professional marketing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus

Experience with Shopify+ is preferred but not required
