Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our growing client in North Sacramento area. Awesome and fun place to work!

This is a temp to hire position with growth opportunities.

  • Support the Sales Manager and President in administrative duties
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Prepare communications; e-mails, reports and other correspondence
  • Maintain shared spreadsheets of product pricing and sales reports, must be proficient in Excel
  • Maintain database records
  • Assist with creating tracking and KPI standards for new sales reps
  • Communicate with Sales Reps out in the field for customer service and order follow up

Requirements :

  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must have super attention to detail
  • Must be able to identify needs and take charge on getting things done
  • Must be proficient in MS office and clerical skills
  • Must be a self starter and feel comfortable asking questions
  • Monday through Friday and schedule will be an 8 hour shift that can start anytime between 7 : 30-8 : 30am.
