Information Technology Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management : Maintain ICT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
  • Network Administration : Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections. Troubleshoot network issues and implement necessary solutions.
  • System Administration : Manage and support operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
  • Asset Management : Record and manage hardware such as computers, networks, and handheld devices.

Job Requirements

  • College diploma or above.
  • Familiar with English or Chinese.
  • Familiar with computers, networks, and other software and hardware products, with basic knowledge and interests.
  • Good communication skills and ideas for solving problems. Adapt to the working atmosphere of multinational companies.
