This full-time, leadership role offers an exceptional work-life balance Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call and the opportunity to shape quality, safety, and performance across a well-established hospital medicine program. Position Details Schedule : Monday Friday, hours per week (Day Shift) Weekends / Call : None Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and oversight for the hospital medicine department
• Manage and mentor clinical staff while maintaining standards of quality and safety
• Collaborate with executive and clinical leadership to optimize inpatient operations
• Support recruitment, retention, and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflow Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary : $325,000 $350,000 (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus : $25,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package :
