Profession : Physician (MD,DO, Resident)
Specialty : Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Inpatient hospital work only.
No in house call - must be on call within 30 mins of the hospital
10 day block schedule - 10 day shift starts the 21st of each month, followed by 20 days off.
1099 Independent contract work.
Two other neonatologists on staff.
The Offer :
- Compensation $340k+ (daily call stipend $1500, daily collections est. $1400)
- Sign On Bonus starting at $100,000
- Start Up Cost Assistance $43,000
- Student Loan Repayment upon discussion
- Moving Assistance $15,000
- Ability to take calls at home
- 1 and 3 call coverage (10 days on & 20 days off))
- This is a contract position and you would receive a daily call stipend of $1500 plus your collections
Hospital helps support with call pay. Physician is paid a daily call rate from the hospital, and would be responsible for their own billing (Hospital utilizes a company who supports all their "private practice" and billing needs)
