LHH is partnering with a growing investment services company in the Edmond, OK area to bring on a Sales Development Representative. This is a W-2 contract-to-hire opportunity.

Join a fast-paced, high-performing team as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your mission : build relationships, qualify leads, and book appointments that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make out bound call and texts daily to engage prospects

Follow up on inbound leads and content requests

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Keep CRM updated with detailed notes for smooth handoffs

Share daily activity reports via Slack

Collaborate to improve processes and client experience

Success Metrics

Consistently meet daily outreach and engagement targets

Book qualified appointments weekly / monthly

Maintain a clean, organized CRM

Build rapport and handle objections confidently

Foster a motivated, team-oriented culture

Ideal Candidate

3–5 years in sales or customer service

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized and self-managed

Persistent, goal-driven, and motivated

Comfortable using CRM and communication tools

Strong bonus opportunity for closed deals.

Pay Details : $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
