The commercial real estate sales specialist position is a commission-only role, but we provide leads - and lots of them! We will help you grow with our proven constant training, mentoring, and coaching methods.

$80,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
Qualifications :
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
- Self motivated and self sufficient
