Property Accountant Opportunities in the Southfield, MI Area!!

A Michigan based company with a facility in Southfield, MI area is currently seeking Full Time Property Accountants for Direct Hire opportunities to join their growing team! These are exciting opportunities for Property Accountants looking for a company that offers growth, benefits, two days a week working remote, and excellent work / life balance.

Requirements
Qualified Property Accountants will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related degree is required.
- Experience performing high volume accounting with multiple financial reports and bank reconciliations is required.
- Experience with Property Accounting (apartments, community housing, mobile home) is required.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP concepts.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and accounting software / databases is needed.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
Benefits
Property Accountant rates are anticipated to be salaried between $70k-90k per year based on each candidates experience and education.
