Maya Homecare, a rapidly growing homecare company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a road warrior, willing to travel throughout New Jersey to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments.
- Manage and track case progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and completing necessary assessments.
- Maintain thorough documentation and stay on top of assessment dates.
- Provide high-quality care and support to patients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the homecare team.
Requirements :
- Valid RN license in New Jersey.
- Reliable car and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey.
- Strong case management skills with the ability to manage multiple patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Benefits :
- Competitive hourly pay : $50 - $150 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Flexible scheduling as a per diem nurse.
