Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our growing team. Our organization is expanding quickly with the number of locations nearly doubling over the past 12 months.

Job Duties

• Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
• Create a pampering experience for our customers
• Answer phones and book appointment
• Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
• Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive energetic attitude

Requirements

• Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
• Desire to be in a sales position
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
• Professional appearance & demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
