At Carriage Hill Bethesda we pride ourselves on our in-house rehab program, serving a fast-paced short-term rehab unit with 30-40 skilled patients at any given time.
We believe in a collaborative, team-centered approach to care, allowing our clinicians the autonomy and flexibility they need to best serve their patients.
Unlike contract-based programs, you’ll be a valued part of a cohesive, long-standing team that is committed to both patient outcomes and professional growth.
Position Highlights :
- PRN Position with Growth Potential : This role starts as PRN, but with our growing caseload, the opportunity for full-time status is within reach.

Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s rehab goals.
- Collaborate with other therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current SLP license in Maryland.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.
