Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients and vendors for new system implementations and updatesManage benefit plan builds, enrollment profiles, and EDI feed processesConduct system review calls and ensure timelines align with open enrollment datesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationValid Life and Health License is required1 - 3 years of experience in the Insurance / Employee Benefits industry preferredBachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience requiredProven track record in customer serviceExperience with Benefit Administration Systems preferred
