What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Gather and capture business requirements and document user stories for large-scale projects
- Serve as a liaison between Business Product owners and the Technology team
- Support the management and prioritization of the product backlog
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure quality during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Lead retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a business technical analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Benefit Premiums, Payroll deductions, and Direct Billing
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodology in Product Delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and facilitation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience with Voluntary Benefit Programs and / or Health Insurance Technology Solutions
- Successful history of delivering complex technology projects
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse remote teams
