We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team, providing high-quality medical care to adult patients. This role involves patient evaluations, diagnosis, and nonsurgical treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and disease management counseling.
- Prescribe medications following New York state regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation timely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated patient care.
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure coverage.
