- Essential Duties / Responsibilities Duties vary per client, and their specific needs. The following duties may be assigned in the plan of care :
- Daily routine care (feeding, grooming and bathing)
- Light shopping
- Light housekeeping
- Conversing with the client to provide assurance
- Meal preparation and clean up
- Reporting any incidents, complaints, and / or concerns to the agency immediately
- Other responsibilities as assigned All levels of experience are welcome!
- Prior experience with companionship, meal preparation, personal care (incontinence, showering, shaving), dementia care would be a bonus!
- Record of arriving on-time
- Reliable transportation and current driver's license / insurance a plus
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
- Excellent communication skills
- Have reliable home or cell phone communication Work Environment Direct Care Workers work out of the clients home. We offer :
