Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous customer service, sales, or account representative experience Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy. Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
