Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in San Leandro, CA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer assistance.
Responsibilities :
- Process Drivers Freight Release Documentation
- Handle cash, credit card, and business check transactions
- Perform data entry and manage the CMS system
- Conduct Freight Availability functions as time permits
Requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service (in-person, phone, or email)
- Strong desire and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Sense of urgency and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and accuracy
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Pay and Shift :
- Monday to Friday
- 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm
- $21.00 per hour
