Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Managing complex disputes, including running discovery
- Drafting and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Taking and defending depositions and related work with witnesses and experts
- Working on all aspects of disputes from inception through trial and appeal
- Supporting the team on business development and other litigation-related matters
Job Requirements :
- In keeping with the nature of the Firm's practice, attorneys are required to possess extraordinary talent and competitive drive.
- 3+ years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution required.
- Sophisticated Litigation Experience Required.
- Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class.
- Federal Clerkship Experience Preferred.
- Experience on law review, journals and / or moot court.
- Excellent writing skills is a must.
- Licensed to practice in Texas.
