Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Training & Development : Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management : Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and underwriting, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required. Relevant certifications in insurance sales and management are also a plus.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Must be a top performer in current or prior sales roles.
