UCT is looking for a talented Product Manager to join us!
Product Line Management Responsibilities :
- Develop service penetration strategies for key Products and Markets.
- Identify top growth opportunities as well as top risk items and work with sales, operations and engineering to create a plan to address them.
- Provide regular updates to team on status and timeline of top opportunities and risk items.
- Develop relationship with account team including sales, engineering and operations.
- Develop relationship with key customers in collaboration with Account Management.
- Understand customer high value problems.
- Customize ROI and value proposition of service products.
- Help define market requirements of new service products.
- Drive Technical Roadmap Meetings with customers.
- Point of contact for Account Management for service marketing in the region.
Qualifications :
- BS degree in Engineering or related degree.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience and at least 3 years of marketing experience in a technology environment.
- Experience developing and launching service products in the semiconductor capital equipment space.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- Entrepreneurial with demonstrated success of top / bottom line growth and enhanced customer satisfaction levels.
- Strong execution and influence skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and deadline oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
