A company is looking for a Sr Manager, HR Technology to lead the team responsible for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence system enhancements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead production support and project configuration for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and AbsenceCollaborate with stakeholders to manage complex projects and ensure compliance with regulationsDevelop technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business needs and HR initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration, with 4+ years in WorkdayThorough knowledge of US Workday payroll processes and integrations with third-party systemsExperience in Workday Phase X project delivery and EIB processingBasic / Intermediate knowledge of integrations, business process configuration, and Workday security
