Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Executive Director position.
In this role, you will lead a statewide functional assessment program in Kansas which will help people living with disabilities receive home and community-based services.
Program objectives include :
- Assessing older adults, people who are living with physical disabilities, and individuals who have experienced brain injuries to determine eligibility for home and community-based services
- Developing a comprehensive plan to provide coordinated services to eligible individuals
- Improving access to long-term services and supports through collaboration with community agencies
- Enhancing public awareness of this assessment program
- Demonstrating program effectiveness through data management and reporting
- Consulting and providing subject matter expertise to achieve system enhancements

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following :
- Successful track record of leading largescale health and human service programs
- Deep knowledge of functional assessments and Medicaid home and community-based services
- Experience managing programs which support people who are living with disabilities
- Ability to design and implement new programs and initiatives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
This is a hybrid position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to work in-person in Topeka.
