Setting : Mixed - mostly outpatient with some IP Acute, Swing bed, and SNF

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8-430pm

Case Load : 6-8 patients per day

Culture : Small facility, rural setting, no strict productivity standards, willing to take on new grads but prefer experience

Will train if needed

13 weeks, possible extension

Grantsburg, Wisconsin area

Wisconsin license or compact eligible required
