Logistics Coordinator.

We are currently seeking an innovative & energetic Logistics Coordinator within our Logistics Operations Center. This person will be responsible for managing & improving outbound freight processes & tools.

Including transportation scheduling, tracking linehauls, negotiating spot market freight, managing exceptions, & communicating cross-functionally to create seamless transportation execution across our network.

The Shift for this role is 8am-6pm Wednesday-Saturday.

You will ...

• Execute the outbound strategy - working across all procurement categories, distribution centers, third-party storage locations, cross docks, & vendors.
• Become a subject matter expert in all aspects of HelloFreshs logistics network & exceptions recovery to ensure customer on time delivery
• Collaborate with category teams & distribution centers daily to effectively manage delivery & shipping schedules.
• Develop & share best practices across the shifts & network to optimize processes.
• Collaborate on special projects as required, including process optimization & cost savings initiatives.
• Conduct analyses of transportation data as required.
• Work cross-functionally with our distribution center leaders, procurement leaders, & last mile facilities to drive effective transportation strategy.

You have...

• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, with relevant experience in transportation management.
• A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, other relevant area of study; or comparable work experience.
• Experience working with transportation management software i.e BluJay / E2Open is a plus..
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% within the United States.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office & Google Suite applications
• Excellent Excel & analytical skills, pivot tables & v-lookups are a must.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Experience with SQL & data analysis tools i.e Tableau is a plus..
• This position's essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation :
