job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform screening & diagnostic mammograms (per ACR, FDA, MQSA standards) Operate & maintain mammography equipment; perform QA / QC checks Ensure accurate positioning & high-quality images Assist with diagnostic procedures (stereotactic, ultrasound & MRI-guided biopsies) Provide clear, empathetic communication & patient support Maintain accurate documentation in PACS, RIS & EMR systems Follow HIPAA, infection control & radiation safety protocols ARRT (R) & (M) Mammography certification (or eligibility) Associate's / Bachelor's in Radiologic Technology (or related) 2+ years of mammography experience preferred Proficiency in 3D Tomosynthesis & imaging systems (PACS, RIS, EMR) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Current BLS certification
