Staff Engineer, Platform

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Platform to design and scale its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions for the platform

Enable horizontal scaling and define repeatable patterns for product teams

Mentor team members and collaborate with product engineers to support rapid development

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of engineering experience, particularly in SaaS platforms

Strong foundation in distributed systems and database optimization

Experience with modern infrastructure technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes

5+ years of experience with Ruby / Rails

Ability to drive projects end-to-end in autonomous environments
