Carter Services of Torrance, CA is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to go into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
Our HVAC technicians enjoy competitive compensation of $25-$35 / hour, depending on experience . We also provide excellent benefits including 100% paid health insurance, 7 paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), a 401k plan, and a profit-sharing plan, as well as a company-provided truck, iPad, and iPhone.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of relevant HVAC experience
- EPA refrigerant certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background test
- Ability to pass a drug screening
NATE certification is preferred. Basic understanding of the workings of Carrier product lines is a plus, but we will provide training .

HVAC TECHNICIAN WORK SCHEDULE
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Overtime work is often available.
