Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
- Policy Management : Oversee client insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and timely updates.
- Claims Handling : Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Risk Assessment : Analyze client needs and risks, recommending appropriate insurance products and coverage levels.
- Renewal Support : Facilitate policy renewal processes, engaging with clients to review and update their insurance coverage as needed.
- Customer Support : Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirement
- Licensing : Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience : Prior experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is beneficial.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professionalism : Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
