Manager of Sales Account Management
We are seeking a dynamic, determined, and experienced Manager of Sales Account Management to lead our newly established Sales Account Management team.
As the Manager of Sales Account Management, you will lead and guide a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and foster strong client relationships.
In this role, you will oversee a team, develop and execute team plans, and drive business development initiatives. This role is a hybrid position, working out of our Denver office at least once a week.
You will report directly to the VP of Sales Development & Account Managers.
You Will :
- Lead and mentor a team of sales account managers - providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews with the team to ensure targets are being met or exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and lead initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as a point of escalation for critical client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Post onboarding, manage new and existing accounts by leveraging all necessary levers to maximize efficient growth.
- Drive business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
You Have :
- 7+ years of experience in account management or sales within SaaS
- 3+ years in a GTM Leadership role
- Experience leading a team of five or more employees
- Ability to forecast accurately on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Highly analytical and numbers-oriented.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, KPIs, and unit economics.
- Strong evaluation skills along with execution savvy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or related field preferred.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. This role is eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, flexible time off, health care benefits, retirement savings, and employee incentive plans.
Pay Range
$127,000-$173,000 USD
